We are a small but friendly branch which meets in the ancient town of Hadleigh Suffolk and would be pleased to see any other woodturners who visit the town. We have demonstrations from both club members and visiting turners we also have hands on evenings to help members try different techniques. Membership is open to any woodturner.
The club meets on the third Thursday of the month in the Community Hall Duke Street from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm Click HERE for map
See Programme page for some of this years meetings.

We will have Mike Savager who always has something interesting to show us.
In 2023 the club visited to have a conducted tour of the activity at Woodbridge where a full size replica of the boat at Sutton Hoo. This boat is being made using the same manual techniques as were used by the original boat. They expect to compete it towards the end of 2034. It will then be launched a tried out before it is moved to the Main Sutton Hoo site nearby. A small boat was first made to see how to make the full size boat
